On December 1, 2022 at 2:08 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Walmart, 3400 Hartzdale Drive, for an active retail theft. While officers responded, loss prevention reported that the male had exited the store and fled across the street on foot. The pictured male was able to steal $240 worth of merchandise.

Again on December 5, 2022 around 5:40 PM, LATPD was dispatched to Walmart for a retail theft. Loss prevention reported that it was the same male who stole from them on Thursday. This time he left with $247 worth of merchandise. Again, he fled on foot across the street. No vehicle description was obtained either day.
