On August 13th, 2025 at 2:02 p.m., Lower Allen Township Police Department officers were dispatched to 3715 Capital City Mall Drive at Dick's Sporting Goods for a retail theft.

At 1337 hrs, a white female wearing all black reportedly entered the store, selected a number of shoes and backpacks, and fled the store without paying.  

The female took two pairs of Nike Air Jordans valued at $154.99 each, a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1's valued at $119.99, and a pair of Jester Luxe Classic shoes valued at $75.00 for a total known loss of $504.97.
