The Lower Allen Township Police Department is investigating a series of retail thefts committed by Kerstyn Watson, Charles Hepple, and Jessica Busby.  The three individuals, along with two unidentified suspects (the pictured tall skinny black male and the tall skinny black female, both believed to be in their 20’s), have been committing retail thefts in the Harrisburg area over the last few months. They are usually driving a white 2017 Hyundai Accent when committing these thefts.

Anyone with information about these thefts and anyone who recognizes the the two pictured suspects is asked to contact the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
