On Thursday, August 3rd, 2023 around 6:40 p.m., a local resident reportedly had her wallet stolen after it was left in the photo booth at the Capital City Mall.  The wallet was picked up by the group pictured herein and later utilized to make 5 fraudulent purchases at DTLR, totaling $509.14.
