On December 13, 2021 around 5:24 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to a non-active theft at the Capital City Mall. The victim, who was at the Mall earlier in the day around 3:40 PM, his motorcycle helmet stolen from his table at the food court. The helmet was a black and gray Zox helmet. The pictured white male is the suspect of the theft.
