On February 28, 2020 around 3:00 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Pandora at the Capital City Mall for a fraud report. Employees reported that on February 12th around 2:30 PM, two males provided false information while opening a credit account. They purchased a Pandora bracelet with charms and a necklace valued at $2,135.

The one actor was described as a Hispanic male wearing a black Nike sweatshirt with a white swoosh and a black Polo brand baseball cap. The other male was also described as a heavier Hispanic male wearing a red Nike sweatshirt with a black swoosh. Both males had facial hair.

Both males attempted to open accounts at other jewelry stores in the Mall. They left the area in a maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee.
