On 9/14/21 at about 1530hrs, Lower Allen Township Police were dispatched to a wanted person in an apartment in the 2100 Block of Cedar Run Drive.  As details emerged, it was found that the subject was wanted for possession with intent to deliver drugs, and one or more juveniles were also reported in the residence.  Upon arrival, the wanted subject, identified as JC Bodkins, was contacted through the door and refused to come out.  At this point it was unknown if the juvenile(s) were being held against their will(s). Cumberland County SRT and negotiators were called to the scene, which was treated as a barricaded subject with possible hostage(s).  Eventually, Bodkins surrendered peacefully and one juvenile also emerged, unharmed, having not been held as a hostage.  There were no other occupants in the residence during the incident.  No further details at this time.
