The Right To Know Law (ACT 34) is the Pennsylvania law that guarantees your right to access and obtain copies of public records held by government agencies. Signed in 2008 by Governor Ed Rendell.
Most, not all, records fall under the Right To Know Act. An example of a record not being available is a case currently under open investigation and releasing the document would be detrimental to the investigation or cause significant t risk to those involved.
The form can be completed and dropped off in person at the Police station, or mailed to the address below. We do not have an online form as we will need a hard copy of the original form to keep for records.
