On Monday July 25, 2022 the Camp Hill Police Department received a report of a robbery that had occurred on this same day between 1530 and 1600 hours. The victim advised that he was driving northbound on Route 15 in the area of the Route 581 Interchange when his vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle. The victim advised that he pulled his vehicle to the side of the road and the vehicle that rear ended his pulled in behind him. The victim advised that a male exited the vehicle that rear ended his and proceeded to display a hand gun and demanded that the victim take him to his bank and withdraw $800.00 to give to him. The victim complied and drove the male to his bank while another subject followed in the vehicle that had originally rear ended the victim's. While at the bank the victim and the suspect went inside the bank to withdraw the money had the suspect then departed in the vehicle that had originally rear ended the victim's vehicle. During the investigation the male who displayed the hand gun and demanded the victim take him to his bank to withdraw $800.00 for him was identified as Junior Georges. An arrest warrant was obtained charging Georges with robbery, carrying a firearm without a license, unlawful restraint, and conspiracy to commit robbery. Georges was taken into custody on Thursday September 01, 2022 and was remanded to the Cumberland County Prison on $50,000 monetary bail.
