On Wednesday April 06,2022 at or about 1439 hours the Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the Mid Penn Bank located at 2148 Market Street for an active fraud. Upon arriving on scene responding officers detained the suspect and learned that she had attempted  to withdraw $4,500 using the victim's bank card and PA driver's license which were stolen out of the victim's vehicle approximately two weeks earlier while at an  address in Dauphin County. This resulted in a 43 year old female with a Philadelphia address being charged with Access Device Fraud and other related charges.
