On Sunday January 16, 2022 at or about 1537 hours The Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to a residence in the 3500 block of September Drive for an active domestic disturbance. Upon arriving on scene officers learned that a victim at the address was struck in his left eye by a male who resides at the residence with the victim. This left a visual injury on the victim's left eye.  This resulted in a 33 year old male with a Camp Hill address being taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault.
