On Friday October 14, 2022 at or about 1515 hours a Camp Hill Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Market Street for a vehicle for a vehicle being operated with illegal window tint. Further investigation showed that the passenger in the vehicle had an active arrest warrant out of Mifflin County. When the passenger was being searched incident to arrest controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were located on his person. This resulted in the passenger a 32 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address being charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The driver of the vehicle was found to have provided the passenger with the controlled substances that he possessed. This resulted in a 50 year old female with a Carlisle address being taken into custody and charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving without a license, and unlawful activities.
