
Camp Hill Police received a call from a concerned resident. Regarding a group of individuals trying to assist a female with her mini van. The female was driving and heard meowing coming from the engine compartment. She pulled over and tried to retrieve the kitten. Unable to do so. A call was placed to CHPD and our Officer Tricia Moench was dispatched to assist. Upon arriving. Officer Moench deemed it was safe and followed the van over to Good Year Tire & Service on Market Street. These individuals assisted in removing the scared kitten from the van. The kitten is unharmed and safe, One of the mechanics is taking the kitten home to be their pet, Group effort with Camp Hill Residents, CHPD Officer Moench and Good Year Tire & Service, And this furry one has a forever home now and a great rescue story.
