On Friday August 19, 2022 at or about 1355 hours the Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the parking lot of the Camp Hill Shopping Center near the Orthopedics Institute of Pennsylvania for a male subject who appeared to be impaired by a controlled substance. Upon arriving in the area officers located the male and made contact with him. During the contact officers located packets of heroin in plain view in the male's vehicle and additional packets of heroin were located in the male's left sock. A search warrant was applied for, obtained and executed on the male's vehicle. Additional packets of heroin, a THC vape, and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle. This resulted in a 29 year old male with a Gardners PA address being charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
