On Wednesday July 06, 2022 at or about 1940 hours the Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the Boscov's Department Store located at 170 S.32nd Street for a retail theft. Upon arriving on scene the responding officer discovered that a male who works for a cleaning company hired by Boscov's had selected $39.39 of merchandise offered for sale by Boscov's, placed the merchandise in a garbage bag and then left the store passing all points of sale without paying for the merchandise. The same male was also found to be masturbating and urinating inside of an office in Boscov's and other employees viewed him doing these things. Search incident to arrest the male was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. This resulted in a 28 year old male with an Enola address being charged with Retail Theft, Indecent Exposure, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
