On Tuesday June 14, 2022 at or about 1430 hours the Camp Hill Police Department took a report of a non-active theft that had occurred in the 1900 block of Dickinson Avenue.  An investigation revealed that the victim who resides in the 1900 block of Dickinson Avenue gave the accused $4,000.00 for a vehicle that she agreed to purchase from him. The accused kept the money and never gave the victim the vehicle.  This resulted in a 42 year old male with a Camp Hill address be charged with Theft By Deception.
