Mission
To ensure efficient and effective operation of the Office of the District Attorney. 

Core Activities:

1. Secure and manage all resources required for District Attorney Operations including personnel and financial matters.
2. Oversee all clerical operations including trial support and case preparation.
3. Coordinate acquisition, installation and administration of all necessary office technology.
4. Assist the District Attorney with policy, program and project development.
5. Maintain all records generated by the office.
6. Coordinate all pretrial diversion programs including ARD, DUI-IP (Intermediate Punishment) and Treatment Court.
7. Coordinate county-wide DUI Enforcement Program.
8. Coordinate efficient operation of the Cumberland County Investigating Grand Jury.
