Seán M. McCormack, District Attorney
District Attorney Seán McCormack was sworn in as Cumberland County District Attorney on January 3, 2022, upon the retirement of former District Attorney M.L. 'Skip' Ebert. He joined the office in March of 2020 as the Chief of the District Attorney's Trial Division. Seán brought a wealth of experience to the office after serving in the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office for 30 years. While in Dauphin County, Seán served as the Chief of the Child Abuse Prosecution Unit for close to 25 years. He received his Associates Degree from Delaware County Community College, B.A. from Villanova University and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He was the recipient of the 2019 Leroy Zimmerman Outstanding Dauphin County Prosecutor of the Year Award, the 2010 Outstanding Victim Service Award, the 2008 Children’s Resource Center Joseph Allegrini Children’s Hero Award, and the 1998 Samuel A. Yeagley, Jr., Memorial Award for his work in the area of child abuse prosecutions. He also appeared on the ID Discovery Channel series- The Coroner: I Speak for the Dead. He served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for 21 years holding the rank of major when he retired in 2007. He was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency's (PCCD) Victim Services Advisory Committee (VSAC) and also serves on PCCD's Child Advocacy Centers Advisory Committee (CACAC). Seán currently serves as the Chair of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association’s Special Victims Prosecutors Network and is a member the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association as well as serves on its Education and Training Committee.
Courtney Hair-LaRue, First Assistant District Attorney
Courtney serves as the First Assistant District Attorney. As First Assistant District Attorney, Courtney is second in command of the District Attorney's Office. In addition to handling a full caseload, she oversees many of the office's administrative functions. Courtney joined the office as a full time Assistant District Attorney in 2016 after working as an Assistant District Attorney in both Lebanon and Adams Counties. She earned her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her law degree from Widener University School of Law. Courtney is the community prosecutor for the Pennsylvania State Police and for the Mt. Holly Springs Borough Police Department.
Daniel J. Sodus, Chief Deputy District Attorney
Dan serves as Chief of Specialty Courts. Dan joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2000 when he came from the York County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to that, Dan was in private practice in Carlisle. As Chief of Specialty Courts, Dan reviews all the applicants seeking admission to the county's diversionary programs, to include Drug Treatment Court, DUI Court, and TOMS (mental health) Court. He currently holds the distinction as the longest serving attorney in the office.
Jennifer A. Robinson, Chief Deputy District Attorney
Jen joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2018 after working as an Assistant Counsel for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel. She earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State Harrisburg and worked at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General before attending law school. Jen graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2014. As Chief of the District Attorney's Appeals Unit, Jen handles all of the office's cases pending before Pennsylvania's appellate courts as well as any federal appeals. Jen is the Community Prosecutor for Silver Spring Township and Hampden Township. She is specially assigned to participate threat assessment reviews to identify potential violent crimes before they are carried out.
Julia Skinner, Chief Deputy District Attorney
Julia serves as the Chief of the Trial Division. The trial division is the largest of the office's prosecution sections. Julia supervises the office's trial attorneys and coordinates the scheduling of the criminal trial list with court administration. Julia joined the District Attorney's Office in January 2022. Prior to joining our office, she was First Assistant District Attorney in the Northumberland County District Attorney's Office. Julia is a graduate of Purdue University and Widener University School of Law. She is the community prosecutor for the Carlisle Borough Police Department.
Glenn A. Parno, Senior Deputy District Attorney
Glenn joined the District Attorney’s office in 2020 after prosecuting crimes for over 20 years at the state and county level as a Chief Deputy Attorney General and a Bucks County Deputy District Attorney. He graduated cum laude from Ursinus College and received his law degree from the Temple University School of Law. He is the community prosecutor for school district related police departments. Glenn serves as the Juvenile Prosecutor for Cumberland County. He is also specially assigned to participate threat assessment reviews related to juvenile offenders.
Elizabeth L. Judd, Senior Deputy District Attorney
Elizabeth joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2019 after spending her career in the Lebanon County District Attorney and Public Defender Offices. Liz prosecutes all Indirect Criminal Contempt, and focuses on Domestic Violence and sexual assault cases. She also supervises the office's Special Victim's Unit. Liz is the community prosecutor for the Lower Allen Township, New Cumberland Borough and Shiremanstown Police Departments.

Evan Shircliffe, Assistant District Attorney
Evan joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2021. Evan is a graduate of 'The' Shippensburg University and Widener University School of Law. Evan is the community prosecutor for Shippensburg Borough Police, Shippensburg University Police and the Newville Borough Police Departments. In addition to a diverse caseload, Evan also specializes in Elder Abuse prosecutions.
Evelyn Stoner, Assistant District Attorney
Evelyn joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2023 after clerking for several years in the federal court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate degree from National Paralegal College while working for the Pennsylvania State Police. Evelyn graduated from Widner University Commonwealth Law School in 2020. Evelyn is the Community Prosecutor for Middlesex Township and North Middleton Township Police Departments. She also serves in the County’s ARD Program and acts as the County’s Pretrial Services Liaison.
Shaianne Boyer, Assistant District Attorney
Shaianne joined the District Attorney's Office in 2020 as a Certified Legal Intern. Shaianne continued to work for the office throughout law school until graduation in 2023. Following graduation and passing the bar, Shaianne became an Assistant District Attorney with the office. She earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State Harrisburg in 2020 and her law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2023. Shaianne is the Community Prosecutor for Camp Hill and West Shore Regional Police Departments.
Richard “Zeke” Berner, Assistant District Attorney
Zeke joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2024 after working in private practice in Cumberland County. Zeke graduated from Washington & Jefferson College and Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Zeke is the office's legal liaison to the Cumberland County Drug Task Force. Zeke also assists with appeals.
Joseph O'Donnell, Assistant District Attorney
Joe joined the District Attorney's Office in 2024. He is a graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law School. Joe is the community prosecutor for the East Pennsboro Police Department. Joe also oversees the office's Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) unit.
Makayla Ryland, Assistant District Attorney
Makayla joined the District Attorney's Office in 2025. She is a graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law School. Makayla is the community prosecutor for the Upper Allen Township and Mechanicsburg Borough Police Departments.
