On April 26, 2023, in honor of National Crime Victims' Rights week, the Cumberland County, PA - District Attorney - Victim Services Division held the 22nd annual Victims' Rights Rally followed by a 1 mile walk. The theme for this years rally was Survivor Voices: Elevate. Engage. Effect Change.

Congratulations to Officer Cody Vickroy, of the New Cumberland Borough Police Department who received the Cumberland County Victim Advocacy Award. The YWCA Carlisle & Cumberland County recognized Megan Fiorillo and Dave Sheranko for their volunteer work with victims of sexual violence. Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland and Perry recognized their board president Jan Ekerovich for her work.
