On August 22, 2025, Nathaniel Bobb ("Defendant") was found GUILTY after multiple bench trials of seven (7) counts of Driving Under Suspension - DUI Related (M3), and six (6) counts of Habitual Offenders (M2).
The convictions are based on a series of seven separate incidents where the Defendant was found to be driving under DUI related suspension. These incidents occurred between 2022 – 2024 in the municipalities of Camp Hill Borough, East Pennsboro Township, and Hampden Township, Cumberland County. On six of those occasions, the Defendant was also charged (and now convicted) under the Habitual Offenders statute. In Pennsylvania, a Habitual Offender is an individual who accumulates convictions for three serious traffic offenses within a five year period. This designation results in the revocation of a habitual offender's driver's license.
Bobb failed to appear for his bench trials, but the trials were held in his absence because he had the requisite prior notice. Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michelle H. Sibert presided over the bench trials. The Court issued bench warrants for the Defendant's arrest at each docket after finding the Defendant Guilty. Sentencing will be set at a future date once the Defendant is apprehended on his bench warrants.
The District Attorney's Office thanks the affiants in these cases, Sergeant Bradley McAlester of the East Pennsboro Township Police, Officer Ryan McClure of the Camp Hill Borough Police, and Officer Jonathan Dudek of the Hampden Township Police. The cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Joseph O'Donnell and Certified Legal Intern Makayla Ryland.
