On November 18, 2022, Landin Hollis, age 31, was charged with child pornography, disseminating child pornography, and criminal use of a communication facility by Detective Gordon Goodrow. Hollis appeared for his preliminary hearing in front of Magisterial District Judge Christopher Delozier on December 1, 2022 and waived all charges.
The Commonwealth alleges that on August 17, 2022, the Criminal Investigative Division of the District Attorney's Office received a cyber tip of alleged child pornography. Through the course of the investigation, the files relating to the cyber tip were confirmed to be child pornography. Further investigation uncovered that the files were uploaded by Hollis. On November 18, 2022, a search warrant was executed at Hollis's residence in New Cumberland. A computer forensic preview of electronic devices found at the residence was conducted by members of the Pennsylvania State Police Computer Crimes Unit. During this analysis, two video files of apparent child pornography were identified.
Note: The facts listed above are allegations at this time. Landin Hollis is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
