On 6/22/22 Austin Holler waived his preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Birbeck, where he faced charges brought by the Carlisle Borough Police Department including Rape of a Child, Rape by Forcible Compulsion, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Unlawful Contact With a Minor, Sexual Assault, Statutory Sexual Assault, and Corruption of Minors. These charges stem from allegations that Holler was engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a 12 year old victim, ultimately culminating in forcible rape of the child at Letort Park in Carlisle, PA. Austin Holler remains incarcerated at the Cumberland County Prison, where he is held on $75,000 bail.
