The East Pennsboro Township Police are attempting to identify the individual in the photos in reference to a fraud. It is believed that the individual in the photos cloned the victim's credit card which was later used on December 3, 2020 at the Wine and Sprits at the Capital City Mall and Mission BBQ in Camp Hill. The male left the area in the pick-up truck in the photos. The suspect does have tattoos on the backs of both hands.
