On March 10, 2015, at approximately 5:35 PM, the East Pennsboro Township Police observed a vehicle on N. Enola Drive at Valley Street which had a wanted person in the vehicle in the rear seat. Officers made a traffic stop on the vehicle and found marijuana inside the vehicle. The operator, Michael D. Booker, who was driving with a suspended license, claimed ownership of the marijuana. Booker was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana and Driving under suspension and will face a preliminary hearing before District Judge Richard Dougherty.

On February 24, 2015 at approximately 7:08 AM the East Pennsboro Township Police responded to a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim was bitten two times by Chelsea McCabe, one time in the forehead and one time on the arm. McCabe was arrested for Simple assault and Harassment and will face a preliminary hearing before District Judge Richard Dougherty.

On March 7, 2015, at 8:09 AM, the East Pennsboro Township Police responded to the Gulf Station, 1 Erford Road, for a report of a suspicious male in a vehicle. The male, Levi C. S. Richcreek, had admitted to police that he had smoked a joint while driving to the Gulf Station. The officer could smell a odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and conducted a search which revealed a small amount of marijuana and various items of drug paraphernalia.

On February 13, 2015 at approximately 7:28 PM, the East Pennsboro Township Police were dispatched to Al's Pizza in the Summerdale Plaza for a hit and run. The complainant was able to provide a license plate number and the suspect vehicle was found traveling in the parking lot where a traffic stop was conducted. The operator of the vehicle, Joshua S. Miller, was found to be intoxicated. Miller was arrested for DUI and Careless driving and will face a preliminary hearing in Cumberland County DUI Central Court.

On March 9, 2015, at approximately 8:01 PM, the East Pennsboro Township Police were dispatched to check Route 11/15 southbound coming from Perry County into East Pennsboro Township for a driver that was possibly DUI. The vehicle was being followed by an off-duty Pennsylvania State Police Trooper. When the vehicle arrived in the area of 11/15 and Shady Lane, the officer from East Pennsboro began to follow it and observed erratic driving. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator, Milton L. Eutzy, was found to be intoxicated.

East Pennsboro Police are receiving numerous calls for attempted phone scams.  The phone numbers on caller ID oftentimes appear to be coming from a local source.  The phone numbers are spoofed and the calls actually originate from out of the country.  Residents are cautioned not to provide any personal information to include credit card and banking numbers to anyone over the phone or through email.

Incident Type:

On July 13, 2014 a theft of a commercial Scag Zero Turn mower, orange in color, model SCZ52V-27CV, from a building at Sheaffer Ball Field, Wertzville Road, Enola. The mower belongs to the East Pennsboro Youth Athletic League. East Pennsboro Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred at the A To Z Mart, 38 Erford Road, Camp Hill on August 9, 2014 at 10:10 PM.

Actor entered the store and displayed a handgun and demanded the clerk hand over all of the money.  An undisclosed amount of money was taken.  The actor then fled the store on foot.

The actor is described as a white male, in his early 20's and approximately 5'11" and was wearing a grey in color hoody sweatshirt.

Incident Type:

On September 23, 2014 at approximately 2:15 AM, the East Pennsboro Township Police received a report of a hit and run at James' Bar.  The victim's vehicle was parked directly in front of the entrance to the establishment when an unknown vehicle backed into the driver's side rear quarter panel.  It appears the suspect vehicle may be white in color based upon the paint transfer.  Security footage was obtained and employees provided this photo.  The investigating officer was advised the suspect name is possibly "Andy" or "Andrew".  If you know the individual pictured,
