On January 16, 2016 at approximately 8:15pm, East Pennsboro police stopped a vehicle on East Manor Avenue for traffic violations.  Police found the driver, Jamie Aldinger, 34, of the 1st block of Salt Road, Enola to be driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a DUI suspended license.

Charges:

On January 20, 2016, at approximately 11:30pm, East Pennsboro Police observed a suspicious vehicle at the Point Park, located at 50 Front Street West Fairview.  The occupant of the parked vehicle was found to be under the influence of drugs.  Police arrested Miguel Garcia, 18, of the 700 Block of Humer Street, for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Charges:

On December 30, 2015 East Pennsboro Police received a report of a burglary that occurred in the 100 block of Mountain Road, Enola.  Officers investigated the case and charged George Pelc, 25, of the 100 block of Furman Street, Syracuse NY. 

On January 17, 2016, at approximately 6pm, East Pennsboro Police responded to a vehicle crash in the 800 Block of Poplar Church Road, Camp Hill.  Police arrested Warren Wortherly, 55, of the 1st Block of West Glenwood Drive, Camp Hill for DUI.  An officer took Wortherly to Holy Spirit Hospital and at the hospital Wortherly attacked the police officer. 

On January 31, 2016 at approximately 8:15pm, East Pennsboro Police were called to the 1st Block of Ashford Drive, Enola for a domestic.  Police found that Matthew Kressley, 35, of that address, struck a pregnant female in the face who was holding an infant at the time causing a split lip.  Kressley was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.

East Pennsboro Police are receiving numerous calls for attempted phone scams.  The phone numbers on caller ID oftentimes appear to be coming from a local source.  The phone numbers are spoofed and the calls actually originate from out of the country.  Residents are cautioned not to provide any personal information to include credit card and banking numbers to anyone over the phone or through email.

Incident Type:

On July 13, 2014 a theft of a commercial Scag Zero Turn mower, orange in color, model SCZ52V-27CV, from a building at Sheaffer Ball Field, Wertzville Road, Enola. The mower belongs to the East Pennsboro Youth Athletic League. East Pennsboro Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred at the A To Z Mart, 38 Erford Road, Camp Hill on August 9, 2014 at 10:10 PM.

Actor entered the store and displayed a handgun and demanded the clerk hand over all of the money.  An undisclosed amount of money was taken.  The actor then fled the store on foot.

The actor is described as a white male, in his early 20's and approximately 5'11" and was wearing a grey in color hoody sweatshirt.

Incident Type:

On September 24, 2015 at approximately 10:50am, a white male stole a purse from a vehicle in the parking lot of the shell station.  The suspect and his pick up truck are on the attached pictures.  The police are seeking the publics help in identifying the suspect.  Public is asked to call East Pennsboro Police at 717-732-3633.

On September 23, 2014 at approximately 2:15 AM, the East Pennsboro Township Police received a report of a hit and run at James' Bar.  The victim's vehicle was parked directly in front of the entrance to the establishment when an unknown vehicle backed into the driver's side rear quarter panel.  It appears the suspect vehicle may be white in color based upon the paint transfer.  Security footage was obtained and employees provided this photo.  The investigating officer was advised the suspect name is possibly "Andy" or "Andrew".  If you know the individual pictured,
