On Thursday, March 9, 2023 Officers were called to the construction site located at the 1000 block of Belle Vista Drive in Enola.

It was reported that someone had stolen a chain sling, which is circled in red in the attached photo, sometime overnight. This chain sling is a piece of equipment that was being used to lower a formed concrete headwall to connect to the storm water runoff drainage pipe.  The chain was lying inside the headwall before it was stolen and cost approximately $1,000. It is also reported that the chain sling was last seen sometime during the day on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. It should be noted that this sling in particular was estimated to weigh around 100 - 150 pounds so it would have been very difficult for just one person to take it.
