This morning, the East Pennsboro Township Police Department arrested Angela Donmoyer, age 51, and Russell Moore, age 56, both of Enola, PA for Criminal Homicide and Endangering the Welfare of Children (Felony 2).  The charges stem from the August 2021 death of a ten year old female juvenile, who was in their care and custody at the time of the child's death.   

After their preliminary arraignment before Magisterial District Judge Michael Sanderson, 09-1-03, both defendants were remanded to Cumberland County Prison without bail.  

A preliminary hearing is set for August 28, 2024, before Magisterial District Judge Sanderson.  

The East Pennsboro Township Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Cumberland County Coroner’s Office and the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office.

No further information will be released pending the preliminary hearing.
