The East Pennsboro Township Police Department and other surrounding departments have seen an increase in theft from vehicles. These thefts have not been occurring in just one area of the township, but all over. People are getting bored and weather is getting nicer so it drawing criminals out of the house. How can you help? Please make sure to keep your vehicles locked and secured, remove all valuables, and keep your keys with you inside your homes. Keep your eyes open for suspicious activity and report it to police immediately. We are still here for you 24/7 and would rather catch the criminals right away.

So far we have had reports of vehicles being entered in Summerdale, the 200 block of Wyoming Avenue, and the 200 block of Brick Church Road. If your vehicles are entered, contact police to report anything that was taken or missing. Remember to check your cameras and your neighbors cameras to see if you see any suspicious activity that may have been captured. (Please keep in mind social distancing... a phone call or text message would suffice.)
