On October 19th, 2025, at approximately 1:32 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of East Simpson and South Arch Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined a vehicle being operated by a juvenile female was stopped at the stop sign on South Arch Street. The juvenile female pulled into traffic and was struck by a vehicle travelling east on East Simpson Street. Both vehicles required towing from the scene due to the damage they sustained in the crash.
