On September 11th, 2025, at approximately 4:02 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of East Simpson and South Chestnut Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined a vehicle being operated by Labriola, attempted to pull from the stop sign on South Chestnut Street, to travel eastbound on East Simpson Street. Labriola advised he had difficulty seeing eastbound traffic due to the stopped traffic going westbound on East Simpson Street. Upon pulling from the stop sign, Labriola's vehicle was struck by Brunski's vehicle, who had the right of way. Labriola's vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained.
