The victim made a formal complaint in reference to receiving a bad check from the defendant in the amount of $463.40.
On 4/3/2018 a bench warrant was issued for contempt of court non-payment of fines in relation to a prior traffic accident involving damages. Nauss appeared before Judge Cohick on 5/16/2018 and paid $200 towards his fines and costs. He still has an active warrant until the balance is paid.
On 7/14/2013 Peter Dotzel was alleged to have presented a check for payment of services which was denied payment to the recipient. Dotzel has been captured in New Hampshire and is awaiting extradition.
On September 1, 2017 at approximately 2335, the defendant was stopped for an equipment violation. Defendant was subsequently discovered to be under the influence of alcohol.
