On Tuesday April 13th, 2021 Newville Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 100 North High Street in Newville on a white and black Ford Crown Victoria for operation of vehicle without official certification of inspection. Officer's noticed the signs of intoxication. After conducting field sobriety the defendant Danielle Johnson of Shippensburg was taken into custody for D.U.I. K9 Lock was utilized for a drug scan on the vehicle and K9 Lock alerted on said vehicle. Officers found meth paraphernalia in the defendants purse. Johnson's toxicology report showed positive findings of Amphetamines 190ng/ml and Methamphetamine 620ng/ml. 

Johnson is charged with Title 75 3802d2 Driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance, 75 3802d1ii Schedule II controlled substance, Title 35 780-113a32 The use of or possession of drug paraphernalia, Title 75 4703 Operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection and 75 1543a Driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
