On Saturday July 23rd, 2022 at approximately 00:30hrs Newville Police witnessed a vehicle traveling 43mph in the area of 100 South High Street in Newville. Newville Police conducted a traffic stop on a black Mazda 3 with PA registration LXL2103. Upon approach to said vehicle the driver was identified as Skylar Vincenti of Newville. Newville Police smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle and classic signs of intoxication from Vencenti. Standard Field Sobriety was conducted and Vincenti was taken into custody. Vencenti's BAC was .086g/100mL and his toxicology showed Delta-9-Carboxy THC ng/mL 75/-11 and Delta -9- THC ng/mL 7.8/-1.5.

Vincenti is charged with the following, Title 75 3802 A1 DUI General Impairment, Title 75 3802 D1i Driving Under influence of a schedule I controlled substance, Title 75 3802 D3 The individual is under the combined influence of alcohol and drug and Title 75 3362 Maximum speed limits.
