Littering at Newville Park

Parents please remind your kids with summer vacation underway; Littering for the first offense is up to $300 fine and up to 30 hours of trash pick-up. Newville Park over the past few weeks has been destroyed. There are trash barrels everywhere in the park, there is no reason for throwing trash on the ground. Newville please help to keep our park clean. If you see something say something. Call NPD at 717-776-5513.
