BOROUGH RESIDENTS, BUSINESSES & SU STUDENTS

Each year the Shippensburg Corn Festival is held the last Saturday of August.  This year's festival is August 30, 2025.

The purpose of this post is to advise you of some of the parking changes within the borough.  

King Street will be closed between Prince Street and Morris Street from 2:00 am until 8:00 pm.  Vehicles MUST be moved off King Street prior to 2am on August 30.  

There will be NO parking on Earl St or Orange Street from 2am until 8 pm.  

CARS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE!

There will be no parking on North Morris Street, the first block.

Springhouse Road between Fayette Street to Seneca Street, both sides of the street.

North Earl Street to approximately 200 feet past Fort Street.

South Earl Street between King Street and Orange Street.

North Penn Street between King Street and Martin Avenue.

South Penn Street between King Street to Neff Avenue, parking side.

South Penn Street between Orange Street and the railroad tracks.

South Prince Street between King Street to Orange Street, both sides of the street
