On Monday, February 16, 2015 at approximately 0200 hours, Shippensburg Police Department served an arrest warrant on Jessica Bacon for 16 counts possession of drug paraphernalia and 1 count possession of a controlled substance. Bacon was picked up at Theo's hotel located on Walnut Bottom Road in Shippensburg Township and transported to Cumberland County Prison where she is to be arraigned Monday morning.

          On February 09, 2015 at approximately 2312 hours, HAUBERT came to the Shippensburg Police Department to report that she had been assaulted by another person, and wanted her arrested. She complained of pain and injuries from the attack. After talking to numerous witnesses, police believed that HAUBERT had fabricated the story. She subsequently admitted that she had fabricated the information, in retaliation against the person.

Person(s) made entry into a vehicle while it was parked to the rear of 33 West Orange Street in Shippensburg. The person(s) broke the interior door panel off. Nothing was taken. Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police.

The victim had her jacket stolen, from a chair where she had left it, in the bar. The jacket contained the victim's cell phone, car keys, and a wallet containing cash, credit cards, and her driver's license. Police identified the two suspects as Tracy Dile and Jesse Dile. Police located the victim's cell phone, car keys, and jacket discarded on East Neff Avenue; just a few blocks from the bar.

        On December 20, 2014 at approximately 0132 hours, police made contact with Burkett on a traffic stop, while police were investigating her vehicle being driven by a male that had a suspended license. When asked for her information, Burkett gave a different name and birth date. Police discovered that she was a wanted felon. She was arrested for the warrant and taken to Cumberland County Prison. She was subsequently charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement.

Incident Type:

A bluish/Green Ford Ranger was traveling south on South Prince Street.  The truck was observed traveling at a speed faster than was reasonable for the weather conditions. The Ford Ranger sideswiped to vehicles and continued traveling south and then turning onto East Garfield Street.

The truck has damage to the passenger side and the passenger side taillight is broken.

Incident Type:

Complainant reported waking up this morning to finding shoe prints in the snow under their car port and around their vehicles in a suspicious manner.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police.

On said date, between 1230 hours and 1500 hours, unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole an Xbox One gaming console and an Xbox 360 gaming console. SPD is investigating a hit and run to an attended vehicle in traffic that occurred on said date and time. The vicitm was stopped in traffic when a black Ford Explorer, operated by a young black male, struck his vehicle from behind. The victim pulled to the side of the road but the striking vehicle fled the scene, travelling east on E. Orange St. then north toward E. King St.

Sometime between 16:00 on Thursday, January 01, 2015 and 09:00 on Friday, January 02, 2015 an unknown person stole the victim's recycling container.  The container is plastic, blue in color and bears the victim's address.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police at 717-532-7361, SP-2015-0017.
