On 2/5/16 at 2156 HRS, police were summoned to the sorority at 338 E. Burd St. for a loud out of control party.  Upon arrival police observed 20 y/o Andrew AMBROZ of Martinsville, WV and 20 y/o Nikolaus KOLKKA Lafayette Hill, PA urinating on the side of the neighboring house, 336 E. Burd St.  They were taken into custody charged with Disorderly conduct and Under age drinking.

I was stationary patrol in the parking lot of Sheetz when I was waved over by security officers.  They told me that there was a male subject at the checkout yelling obscenities and refused to leave the store when asked to do so.  When I walked into the store I noticed a male subject, later ID as Elie Thomas, standing at the check-out looking towards the dining room yelling, obscenities towards other customers in the dinning room.  I noticed one of the Sheetz manager was on the

A man's 26 inch Monogoose Pro series bicycle was found after being left on North Fayette Street for several days.  It is a fairly new bicycle.

Owner is asked to contact the Shippesnburg Police Department.

Sometime between January 28 at 9:00 PM and January 29 at 4:30 AM, someone damaged the front door of 28 S. Washington St. Person(s) used a decorative metal jug that was on the front porch to strike the door, causing damage. Someone also vomitted on the front porch. Anyone with info can cotnact SPD.

PD was called to 301 East Burd St. for a reported theft.  Taken were a black Swiss back pack, Microsoft Xbox game controller, 30 Ritlin pills and 90 Prozac pills.

SPD received a report on Tuesday, December 1 from an apparent victim of an assault that occurred at 402 North Morris Street on Sunday, November 30 at approximately 11:00 PM. The reporting victim advised there was another assault victim from that night and she lived at 402 N. Morris St. with the assailant, identified as Clinton Bake. The reporting male victim received injuries from the assault, which included a nasal fracture and facial bruising. The residence in question was checked after the report but no contact was made with the female victim or Bake.

On August 22, 2015 Shippensburg arrested Michelle WEST on an arrest warrant from another agency.  WEST was operating a motor vehicle with a DUI revoked license.  WEST was found to be in the possession of an assortment of drug paraphernalia.  A criminal complaint was filed October 12, 2015 charging WEST with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a DUI revoked license.

Dustin REDDING was charged on October 6, 2015 with stealing a motor vehicle from back on September 6, 2015.  The vehicle was recovered on September 9, 2015 in York County by PSP York.  Dustin REDDING was developed as a suspect and interviewed today were he admitted to the theft.  He was arraigned before MDJ H. Anthony Adams and bail was set.  He was committed to Cumberland County Prison with parole detainer issued out of York County as he was already on probation.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Octoner 19, 2015.  

On Thursday, August 27, 2015, a theft was reported to the Shippensburg Police Department, to which a debit card was stolen and used to make an unauthorized purchase at the Dollar General Store, located at 486 East King Street. Upon investigation, it was found that Rininger stole the debit card from the victim's purse and used it to make an unauthorized purchase for $56.45 dollars on Wednesday, August 26, 2015.

Rininger was charged with Access Device Fraud and Theft by Unlawful Taking. 

On said date, at approximately 7:00 P.M., the Shippensburg Police Department was dispatched to 40 Cumberland Avenue for an unauthorized use of vehicle in progress. Upon investigation, it was found that a 16 year old female juvenile took her mother's car keys and drove her mother's vehicle partially down Cumberland Avenue without permission before the mother was able to stop the vehicle. The juvenile also intentionally damaged the front door of their residence, valued at $398.00.

Shippensburg Police received a report of a stolen vehicle that occurred sometime between 20:30 on Monday August 17 and 07:30 on Tuesday August 18.  The vehicle is a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier coupe, green in color with (PA) registration JWP9272.  The vehicle has gray colored bumpers and there is a faded decal on the hood. 

On 5/1/15, Shippensburg Police were investigating a fight that occurred in front of the above residence.  Police located a suspect, 20 year old Taylor Charles HENRY hiding on a roof.  He was under age drinking and used his twin brother's name and social security number (only being 1 digit apart).  HENRY forged his brother's signature on a confession and again on a non-traffic citation.  The investigating officer learned of another investigation involving HENRY regarding alleged thefts from multiple Wal-Marts and provided the investigating police agenc
