Sean Degregorio was stopped on Walnut Bottom Rd after committing a traffic offense.  He was found to be Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  His blood alcohol concentration was twice the legal limit. As a result, Degregorio was charged with two counts of DUI. 

Shippensburg Police received found property, a bank card issued to Bernadette KENT.  The card was found near Sheetz at 359 East King Street in Shippensburg Borough, Cumberland County.  The property may be claimed at the police station. 

Sometime between Thursday, June 25, 2015 and June 30, 2015 unknown person removed a Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection Sticker from victim's vehicle while parked in the area of 303 Harvest Lane, Shippensburg.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Shippensburg Police Department.

SPD was dispatched to Sheetz, 359 East King Street, for a retail theft that just occurred. Upon investigation, it was found that Aaron Criswell stole a case of beer from the store and left in a dark Chrysler PT Cruiser, owned by his mother. When officers arrived at his house at 301 Farmington Drive, Shippensburg, to arrest him, Criswell resisted arrest and fought with officers. During the arrest, Criswell kicked an officer several times while he and and another officer attempted to place Criswell inside a police vehicle. 

On Sunday, June 21, 2015 at approximately 8:47 PM Shippensburg Police were dispatched to the area of Arooga's for 2 intoxicated males causing a disturbance in the bar. Upon arrival police learned that both parties had left the scene. Upon further investigation, witeness stated that the one male later identified as Travis Rinesmith had caused a disturbance in the bar by harassing the bartender and then when asked to leave retreated to the bathroom and proceeded to urinate on the floor and walls while laughing. Rinesmith was with another male who has not been identified.

While on patrol at 0033 HRS, police noticed 3 male juveniles standing at Orange/Gettle Ave.  When police turned they fled south on Gettle and were stopped at a residence in the 200 block.  Two males were warned for the ordinance violation while the third was cited since it was his 2nd offense.  Police subsequently noticed a vehicle with a turn signal violation enter the dead end 200 S.

Charges:

On Thursday, June 18, 2015, at approximately 1430 hours, the Shippensburg Police Department was dispatched to 225 West King Street for an active harassment. Upon investigation, it was found that Aaron Criswell had made numerous unwanted phone calls to a 77 year old female resident over the past two days. On 06/18/15, Criswell and his brother, Harry Clay Criswell V, went to the vicitm's residence, where Aaron Criswell proceeded to knock on the door and windows of the house for approximately 1/2 hours.

A Sheetz employee turned in a wallet found some time ago.  Christian MILLER of Orrtanna can claim his wallet at the Shippensburg Police Department.

Sometime between 0200 - 0220, someone stole a blue and black backpack containing personal documents belonging to Calvyn HOOPER of Walnut Bottom.  HOOPER set it down outside Sheetz while he went inside.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police.
