On July 29 , 2015 the Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle Station served an arrest warrant for Shippensburg Police Department on a Robert HAUBERT as a result of assisting  Daniel RUSSELL with stealing a motorcycle and an all terrain vehicle from rental storage unit located at Sherman and Martin Avenues, Shippensburg Borough.  The items were later recovered from HAUBERT's property.  HAUBERT was taken to Cumberland County Booking and arraigned before MDJ Paul FEGLEY.  Bail was set at $15,000, Robert was later released as bail was posted.

On July 30, 2015 Christy RUSSELL was arraigned on additional charges of burglary and related crimes as a result of breaking into rental storage units at Sherman and Martin Avenues, Shippensburg Borough.  Christy was arraigned before MDJ H. Anthony ADAMS Office and bail set at $10,000.  Christy remains incarcerated on the previous charges filed by Shippensburg Police Department for breaking into a storage unit in Shippensburg Borough, Franklin County. 

On July 30, 2015 Daniel RUSSELL was arraigned on additional charges of burglary and related crimes as a result of breaking into rental storage units at Sherman and Martin Avenues, Shippensburg Borough.  Daniel was arraigned before MDJ H. Anthony ADAMS Office and bail set at $10,000.  Daniel remains incarcerated on the previous charges filed by Shippensburg Police Department for breaking into a storage unit in Shippensburg Borough, Franklin County. 

On 7/18/15 at 0205 HRS, SPD noticed a 17 year old juvenile male in violation of curfew.  Police recognized him from a recent incident of Curfew/Retail theft violation at the same convenience store.  As he was exiting police approached him, called him by name and told him to stop.  The male took off running, discarding his recently purchase milkshake, and fled onto E. King St.

On 8/2/15 at 0121 a.m. SPD was dispatched to 101 E. King St. for a drunk patron who opened a bag of pretzels and spilled more than he ate and didn't have money to pay for them.  35 year old Charles KASPAR was manifestly under the influence of alcohol.  He was arrested, charged with Public drunkenness, and transported to Cumberland County Prison.

Kayla McGowan was cited with harassment after pushing a 13 year old male causing minor injury.  Kayla McGowan was issued a citation and released.

On 7/18/15 at 1756 HRS, Shippensburg Police were at the intersection of Fort at Queen observing pedestrians and traffic.  Aaron McKNIGHT of Philipsburg, PA was observed carrying an open container of beer in the area of 196 N. Queen.  Upon seeing police he discarded the can into a residential yard.  He was stopped and issued a non-traffic citation.  The can of Natural Ice beer was retrieved and discarded by police.

Shippensburg Police Department received a report that unknown person(s) discarded an old television set at the said location.  The TV was discarded outside the commercial property sometime prior to late Wednesday evening, July 29, 2015.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police at 717-532-7361.

A large amount of cordless tools and assorted hand tools were found in the area of the 200 block of Roxbury Road. The owner can claim the tools at 60 West Burd Street in Shippensburg with a good description of what was missing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police Department.  

Shippensburg Police received two coin operated game feed dispensers.  They were found in the woods between Schrieber Foods and Farmington Manor.  They are red and gray in color.  One of the machines is missing the coin mechanism.  The second machine was damaged and was empty.  They resemble a common gum ball machine.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police at 717-532-7361.

On 5/1/15, Shippensburg Police were investigating a fight that occurred in front of the above residence.  Police located a suspect, 20 year old Taylor Charles HENRY hiding on a roof.  He was under age drinking and used his twin brother's name and social security number (only being 1 digit apart).  HENRY forged his brother's signature on a confession and again on a non-traffic citation.  The investigating officer learned of another investigation involving HENRY regarding alleged thefts from multiple Wal-Marts and provided the investigating police agenc
