Shippensburg Police are looking to make contact with a Michael Carr from Dillsburg. Carr's wallet was turned into the station at 60 West Burd Street in Shippensburg. Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police at 717-532-8878 or stop at the station during normal business hours.
